They have assisted our company and our clients with jobs of all sizes, from routine shaping/ maintenance, to emergency full tree removal. Recently, we had an enormous limb fall on the roof of one of our properties. The rest of the tree was in poor condition, posing a larger and immediate threat to the structure. Carey and his team promptly arrived with their equipment (including a crane) and removed the entire tree while documenting for insurance and mitigating any additional damages. Got a very fair price to take down five big old pine trees and trim two oaks. Crew were super fast and professional, got all debris removed and stumps ground down . Communication was great start to finish and we are more than happy with the results .

Donny quickly responded and gave us an estimate to trim palms, Oleanders, Crepe Myrtle. Also quoted removal of a tree, stump and roots. Work was scheduled and completed quickly. Their crew was so helpful and thoroughly cleaned up all the debris. . Will definitely call them again.

I had a massive grand oak that I wanted to trim and make beautiful, and their crew came out quickly to handle the job. Just WOW on a very difficult tree removal. Great service guys. 10/10. Had them remove a towering oak tree and others from my property in Hillsborough County and they did so with an emphasis on safety of the guys and my property. Price was fair and was really impressed with how they planned out a very difficult tree. Was fun yet nerve racking to watch but went exactly as they planned. Top tier guys that really know their way arround those chainsaws and that crane. Will defiantly contact carry for any tree work I need in future and recommend them to family and friends.

I called Greater Bay Area Tree and Crane Service to come out and give me a quote. They were in the same range as others that we had spoken to (but a little cheaper) and they were able to do it the next day. They did 6 trees for me with stump grinding. They were on time, professional, and they all worked together really well. They kept me informed of what was going on and didn't talk down to me (a problem I had with one place) and most importantly did what they said they would do.

They protected the pool from getting a bunch of debris from the stump grinding and skimmed out the small bits that did make it in, they removed two kinds of oak that were close to the house and four palms around the pool, and they cleaned up perfectly when they were finished.

In just a few hours we were ready for hurricane season. I have already recommended them to neighbors and family, and I will be using them again if I need tree services.

You will not find a better company out there. Their customer service is beyond reproach. The staff is professional and friendly. Very responsive and what they say they do, they will do and do it great!

Could not be any happier.  It was a nice surprise to hire a business that does what they say they are going to do (and then some) and are reasonably priced.   Greater Bay Area Tree and Crane Services trimmed my GIANT overgrown live Oak.  It was amazing to watch the progress and outstanding teamwork.   The crew was never idle.   Great attitudes and hard workers.  They are an amazing team.  I can honestly say, I'm a hard customer to please, and I am very pleased.  Nice to know there are business's that take pride in their service.  I highly recommend Greater Bay area Tree and Crane.

Donny and his team were a dream to work with. I had a tree that needed to be removed before hurricane season and he immediately came out to give me a quote. My power company took forever to come trim and Donny was always on top of following up with them to make sure they got out here. They came the day before hurricane Ian to make sure it was taken care of and that my property would be protected. His team was very kind and quick to get the job done.
I definitely recommend using them next time you need their services.

The reviews for  Greater Bay Area Tree & Crane Services sounded wonderful--so we gave them a call. They got back to us quickly, showed up for an estimate when promised. (Unlike many other tree companies.) When we accepted their estimate, they gave us a date even quicker than we expected. They arrived on time, and did a spectacular and careful job. (it was a tricky location on a side yard--but they managed it. They were even extra careful with a giant hibiscus bush that was in the way.) They cleaned and removed all the branches and debris, and were wonderful and polite to boot! I can't say enough good things about them. I think they are the BEST tree service in the Bay Area, and would not hesitate to call them whenever we need tree work. Five stars is not enough!!

They didn't answer my Yelp inquiry but was quick to respond to my voicemail. Donny came the next day to give me and my next door neighbor our respective estimates, then came to service our trees the following week. I was pleased with their work. Cleaned up after a big project. Would use them again and recommend.

Got a call back from Donny the same day that I made the request and he came the next day to give me an estimate. The estimate was fair and very reasonable and am currently waiting to get scheduled for the upcoming week. So far, very impressive!

This company is fantastic. First, they actually returned my phone call - sadly, these days that alone could earn a 5 star rating. But these guys did more than that. Donnie arrived precisely at the scheduled time to discuss my needs. He wrote an estimate on the spot, which I agreed to, and the crew was out just a few days later to get the work done. They communicated well throughout the work, and did it quickly and well. Clean up was fantastic too. I will use them again.
